30 days and still NO delivery

Original order was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of December, when I followed it up on 7th of January after only finding out from Annique that they send it then already. After a week of calling Fastway and following up on my order i got an email "Please be advised that the courier confirmed that he misplaced the parcel" My parcel was lost. Annique claimed from insurance and resend my Parcel on the 14th of Jan, and after following up and making sure that they will deliver I still did not get my parcel yesterday 17th of Jan as promised. I phoned August on his cell nr twice and left a message to make sure he will get my address and I've waited for him the whole day... NO REPLY TO MY CALL AND NO PARCEL A MONTH LATER. I just hope they don't loose this one as well.
Worst Courier service ever from reception to driver to customer care...
