The above mentioned company act on behalf of FNB Bank. They are a collection company, they receive half information from their client then they send threatening sms's to people with outstanding debt. When you contact them they and request complete bank statements from their client they promise to forward the statements to you but it never does. For them to be representing FNB and their conduct is of this standard, I believe FNB should try someone else.
