I have a windows 8 operating system. I receive my provisional statements via email. These statements need a decoding software and standard bank provides the link to download the software. The problem is that the requirements from the system do not cater for windows 8 . The Standard Bank Internet team refers me to the company that runs the system on their behalf. Surely Standard Bank should have picked it up and discussed it with their supplier. Why must a Standard Bank customer contact their service provider. Bad service from this bank as I hold a business and personnel account with them.
