I bank with Standard Bank and I am extremely disappointed in their service. I contacted their customer service on Tuesday the 13th August requesting bank statements to be emailed to me as I never received bank statements for two months.By Thursday the 15th August I had not received any statements.
I contacted them again with the reference number which I was given. They ended up giving me two new reference numbers, and the consultant said that the manager would contact me and ensure that I receive the bank statements before the 24hour period. I only received the statements yesterday for months which I had not requested as well as charged me for it. I am still awaiting to receive the correct statements and for decent service!
