Unsecured statements sent to random non FNB Client

Hi FNB,

Please can you use less money on your marketing campaigns and spend a little more on securing confidential client information. Not only did you send me (not an FNB client) someone else's FNB bank statement as a pdf attachment, but the attachment was not even encrypted/protected in any way and I have complete visibility of this person's most sensitive banking, salary and transactional information!?!?! I'd much rather stick with Beep bank where I know my personal information is kept secure than to move to FNB!!

Shame on you!
