I am quite disheartened with the declining level of service I continue to receive from Standard Bank. I put in request via the secure mail service on their website on the 29th of July 2013 for my business account as we need to resubmit financials to the receiver of revenue.
The service makes a commitment to have an agent contact you within 24 hours, I have received no such contact! Moreover its quite displeasing that one is charged a premium for the said statements at this bank whereas other banks provide them speedily and at a lesser cost.
Let me further point out that this is not the first time I have received mediocre service for the same query. I have been a loyal client of the bank for more than 10 years and now feel like I should have nothing to do with them.
