Received only 1 of 3 items ordered online. Called their customer service, told 2nd item would be delivered, but that 3rd item was out of stock. Apparently they only realized they did not have that particular item AFTER I had paid and they had already delivered the order. After speaking to customer service I was assured of a refund. I have been in contact with them several times since, but have not received any refund. Again emailed their customer service but this time I am not receiving any response from them. I feel I have received very poor service overall from [URL Removed]
