HOW TO OPEN TWO BUSINESS ACCOUNTS AND NO RESPONSE

Good day,

Over two weeks ago I have requested someone contacts me to to open two new business accounts with Standard Bank. In fact, I requested this from Nedbank and FNB too at the same time. Standard Bank took about 2 days before responding, they also send me the attachments in an encrypted file, and of need of a password. The client is from Germany, I had to send him the information through, only to discover he can't even open the attachments.

I send in another request to repond with forms still no answer... I in fact advised the client to go to Nedbank instead because their service was alot better, they even spoke to the German client directly when we made contact. Client insisted to have the bank accounts at Standard Bank... what now??? Shall I beg and plead, shall I just complete the application form online, how embarresing they are brining money into this country and we can't provide a world-class service to them? Shocking!
