No card statements, no feedback

I have been battling for more than a year now to get my card statements from Bluebean. I have sent numerous e-mails to them and have only managed to get a response saying that they are experiencing problems sending mails to yahoo sites? How come I get all my other electronic communication? If I do manage to get hold of someone in the customer services department, they promise to send me my statements and I then receive one month's account, whereafter it stops again. I would like to be able to check my payments and purchases on my account, but do not even know what my balance is currently, unless I go to the bank to draw statements. Can someone at Bluebean please send me my last 4 months' statements and I shall pay off all outstanding monies on my card and you can cancel both my credit and garage cards immediately, as I no longer wish to be a part of such bad service. Thank you
