Following a complaint on Hello Peter about terrible service from all the stores I had visited in the Cape Town region, Matthew Quigley called me and offered the system that I had wanted to me at a discount of about 25%. He arranged for the system to be set up in store before I arrived and subsequently arranged for a special delivery for something that was left behind at the day of collection.
Matthew stands out in terms of customer service in an otherwise very disappointing company. I sincerely hope he gets elevated to a point where his level of customer service can be instituted throughout the company - or even elsewhere in another business that wants to improve their customer service levels.
