I found a car I wanted on-line, so decided to get in contact with the seller - Matthew from leisure auto sales. Being from DBN, and the car being in JHB, I decided to ask matthew to disclose ALL issues, and take pics of EVERYTHING.
When I arrived in JHB, he had a driver ready to collect me, took me to the dealership and looked at the car. Everything was 100% spot on to what I was told. I decided to take the car then and there. In DBN I found one issue with the car, called matthew, and he told me to send it in. Turned out the coil pack had given up (R3200 for the part Diagnostics). Car was fixed in a lunch break, and Matthew paid for everything!
I cannot fault the service received, and will definitely deal with Matthew again! Great guy, great salesman, and brilliant after sales service. 5 stars!!!
