Since I am usually quick to complain, I am going to make the effort to praise BOB for their service today.
After having trouble finding the correct person to speak to regarding deal of the week, I finally spoke to Matthew Avramit who came across as a knight in shining armour to this frustrated seller. Matthew is very efficient and gave me more information than I asked for, I really am thankful.
He then told me his colleague, Jessica, will contact me, which she promptly did. Jessica was also very friendly, very efficient and a genuinely nice person, assisting me and answering all my tedious questions with a patience that one does not normally find on a hot, humid Friday afternoon.
In truth, I have received great service from Matthew, Jessica, Cuan and Natasha during my BOB dealings, keep up the great work!
