Poor service and product knowledge

I went to Russels store maitland street in Bloemfontein due to i forgotten the password of the laptop i bought from them within 4days.i meet with the stock controller peter venter, he told me he cannot assits me due to is software related.i asked him y dont he book it in.he replayed saying i take it it to Sahara company thts where they take them. whn i got home i realized i was mislead by peter becouse the booklet which came with the laptop says i must book it in with Mustek Company.i confronted him with his manager whom came defencive towards .thts whn he offered to book it in for repairOnly to find out that the technicians at mustek are saying is hardware related becouse the hard drive on it is that of accer not of Toshiba.i didn't touch it and i dnt know what h must have done to it when i left.but i clearly and strongly wont pay for something i didn't u. he must be send for customer service and product knowledge course .i wont pay for the laptop as i already paid for password with Mustek
