Ad customer service from ABSA consultant!

I opened a ABSA Gold value Bundle acount at the end of May at ABSA Paarden Eiland. I was helped by Matthew Phillips a consultant at the Branch. Matthew advised me that the ABSA rewards will be free for 1 year and that it is included in the gold value bundle account. after the 1st month (June) i checked my statement and saw that i was being charged for the service, i phoned Mathew and he said he will sort it out for me and call me back. he didnt call. and i assumed it was sorted. the following month (July) i got charged again! i went to ABSA athlone branch who phoned Matthew who again said he will phone me back and get this sorted, he didnt call again! and im still getting charged. im really happy with ABSA so far but this kind of service is just not acceptable! i dont have time to follow these things up with the branch every month! Matthew is incompetent and doesnt care about customers and someone like that should not be part of a good bank like ABSA. i just want my money back and the service free for 1 year as promised and i would also like Matthew Phillips dealt with accordingly.
