I had a bad experience on bidorbuy that ended up being a technical misunderstanding regarding payment. The seller TikTok was disappointing as not communicating to me or replying to numerous inquiries from myself. I then received an email from Matthew, representing Bidorbuy, and he clearly took a lot of time to respond and sort out my complaint. He was so thorough and the service I got from him was second to none! Thank you again Matthew for making this a pleasant end to a frustrating transaction! It is truly rare to receive such excellent service.
