I love shopping online and have recently (again) purchased some goods from One Day Only. After a while the goods did not arrive so I emailed them and very quickly got a friendly, courteous and professional response from Matthew Leighton at One Day Only. He promised to investigate and as promised got back to me within a day or so. It seems the package was apparently delivered, but I never received it and the waybill was unclear so without hesitation Matthew and One Day Only offered me a replacement - no questions asked! NO THAT is customer service and I will gladly buy from One Day Only again and again. Thank you Matthew and One Day Only for the great service. I wish all companies would go out of their way like you do! Your service is exceptional and deserves a mention.
