Wolworths Online should shut down

Wolworths Online should shut down until it is able to provide a decent online shopping experience.
I ordered flowers, pajamas and slippers for my Mom on Mother's Day to be delivered to her in Pietermaritzburg.
The order was done on Friday 10 May, two days before Mother's Day but the earliest delivery slot was Tuesday 14 May.
1st problem - why offer online Mother's Day shopping if you can't actually deliver before Mother's Day.

I received a call from a Phindile of the online dept at Gateway on Monday 13 May to say the pyjamas's are out of stock. She suggested I have a voucher delivered instead - I suggested she get her manager to call me instead or deliver alternative pajamas even if more expensive.
2nd problem - why have an online store not linked to a stock system. Other online vendors will deliver within 24 hours and tell you immediately online if they don't have stock. From the number of complaints here on this issue, Woolworths online seems to do this regularly.
3rd problem - they delivered today flowers and a small box of nougat, no pajamas, no slippers, no phone call beforehand.
4th problem - they are at the top of the list of companies who don't respond.
