Dismal experience with online shopping

I placed my 1st online order for over R1, 500 yesterday, and I'm sad to say my first experience of Woolworths online shopping has been poor. 1) the order was not delivered at the agreed time 2) I was charged for items that weren't delivered 3) I prefer ordering at once and so i ordered alot of fresh food and veg, all of which expire tomorrow. Does Woolworths think my small family can consume so much food in less than 24 hours??
Woolworths: charge for the items you deliver, give us items that expire in at least 3 days time and lastly, deliver on time.
Was super excited to use this service but I'm not impressed. I think you've lost an online shopper.
