Online Shopping easier - my foot

I did some online shopping on Tuesday, 17 December 2013, and chose the deli very option on December 20, 18:00 - 20:00. Nothing got delivered. I called on Saturday, got put on hold for 25 minutes, put the phone down and called back, got to speak to someone that promised to call me back, which he did and put me through to the store that was supposed to deliver my things that I ordered. I spoke to Nthabiseng from Eastgate, who said to me that the person that was busy with my order went on leave and did not hand over -"who's problem is that - not mine surely"
then she said to me that they dont have all the stock - again, not my problem, nobody had the decency to call me and tell me this, considering when i did buy the stuff - it clearly showed that woolworths had the stock.
Today is the 23rd, and still no call or delivery - really Woolworths, is thi sthe service you offer to make our lives easier.
The money got taken off my account immediately, but no comm decency.
