Woolworths - Bad Quality/Delivery Times/Out of Sto

As a company we order our groceries online with Woolworths as they are known for top quality products. We have been doing so over a period of months and lately, their produce which we have been receiving has been shocking.

Is it because our groceries are delivered on a Monday that they are delivering "old" stock to us?

I have spoken with the call centre regarding this and still no improvement. All online orders for business/residential in the northern suburbs comes from the Canal Walk branch.

We are NOT receiving good produce from Woolworths and quite irate about having to send back the "old" stock.

And if they do not have products in stock, then we have to go without or suggest another option.

The delivery times are not accommodating. The whole point about online shopping is because it would mean less time out of the office.

How are Woolworths going to solve this problem?
