Valentines Day - Online Delivery Failure

This has to be the greatest of all time! Get people to buy flowers online, take their money, tell them they on schedule to be delivered and then they never arrive.
Leaving us embarrassed about having to ask or significant other whether they received their "Surprise" or not!!

Then... spending forever on hold to your call center and nobody knowing where my flowers are?!
Asking for somebody to phone me back, both through the call center, on twitter and on email..many times, and guess what... im still waiting for a manager to call me!

Finally get through to somebody at the call center and get told "oh its ok we will deliver your flowers tomorrow for you" 3 days late!!!???!!! Or we will refund you your money if you like?!

well that is not good enough Woolworths!!!

Absolutely useless and the worst customer service i have ever experienced!

Whoever is in charge of your online shopping should be embarrassed and then be fired because they running circus!
