Will never do woolworths on line shopping again

I ordered gifts online to send to my daughter in jhb as I am in Durban.first order on thurs 4th but 5th delivery was not available so I ordered on fri 5 july for mon 8th july delivery.

The monday passed and my daughter din't call to say she received so I called late that evening and she said no delivery was received .i called woolworths online early on Tuesday 9th July morning and a lady by the name of Andy told me it was their fault as nobody called me to say they were delayed so they could not deliver on Monday but will be definitely delivered between 10 and 2pm on tues 9 july. At 3pm I called woolworths online and Janine gave me store number that was responsible for delivery.
I called eastgate woolworths branch and the lady Sue Ellen was not available so I spoke to Faray and he heard my story and said he will get Sue Ellen to call me.

last year I also had a problem sending a bouquet to my daughter. They sent her dry flowers but luckily after me calling they sent her a better bouquet. My second incident and I will never do online shopping with woolworths again and i'm prepared to go public with this incident, My daughters birthday surprise was messed up.
