I bought 3 items online on Mon 18 March. I got 2 calls the next day from Woolworths informing me 2 out of the 3 items are out of stock. It appears that woolworths will only source the items from the branches closest to my location. What a ridiculous service. If i could find the items at the woolworths closest to me i would get in my car and go to the store, i have never had such a dissapointing online shopping experience. i regularly shop online but i will NEVER use the woolworths site again because it is nothing but a frustrating, dissapointing expereince. When i logged on to the website after i got the out of stock calls i was able to place the same order i managed to order the exact same 3 items with no warning of anything being out of stock. Woolworths up your game you can take a few lessons for the other major retailers!
