Bad Service from WoolWorths Online. NO Delivery!!

I Placed an order online, for a Necklace and Flowers, with Woolworths Online for gifts to be sent to my Mother for Mothers Day 2013! My wife gave the customer care centre a call to confirm that all was in order, to which they reassured her that it will be delivered that evening (Friday Prior to Mothers Day) When the Flowers arrived without the Necklace, they were broken. My mother even called to Customer care to tell them and they said they'll send a new bunch the following day (Saturday). Guess what, they didnt have Stock. Still No Necklace delivered. On Sunday (Mother Day) they still didnt deliver again. Monday I gave the customer care a call to find out whats happening. I was told they'll sort it out. Next day Flowers were delivered "BROKEN AGAIN" to my mom without Necklace. " Dont the drivers know how to drive! " and who pocketed the Necklace. I called again on Wednesday, reassured it will be sorted again! No delivery as yet on both Flowers and Necklace. And now after spending money I am told I am getting a Voucher for the refund! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Pathetic! Do Not use the Woolworths online as my Mother didnt receive a gift yet and I feel embarresed! Order#o54123900- Westville.
