Poor quality service

Hi purchased flowers as a birthday gift and was delivered not to satisfaction twice, we have spoken to store manager but problem far from resolved. First time the flowers chosen was not available was called and a different type was recommended and delivered, this flowers were not fresh and already withering and my fiancee who's birthday it was was extremely disappointed, she called then on-line customer care and was then called by store manager who promised to replace and not to charge for the flowers. The second delivery of flowers were also not satisfactory with a number of the flower heads/buds Being cut and placed on the bunch to create a impression of larger bunch sent the pictures and SMS to, store manager asking to rectify but no response. I definitely will not recommend woolworths online shopping as the experience and support received is poor and disappointing to say the least.
