It is with deep disappointment & frustration that i write this letter.
I am faithfull customer at Hirsch Stores years now, enjoying a very good relationship with the managers, staff whom are helpful with excellent service. My houselhold contents purchases at Hirsch-Samsung products value R300, 000 plus from latest smart televisons, smartphones, home entertainment systems, smart tablets & hosts of household appliances, Needless to say i am fan of Sumsung Brand.
We purchased smart tv which from onset has proven TO BE HIGHLY DEFECTIVE To current the TV has been repaired three times unsuccessfully with same recurring faults: which has not been permanently repaired INCURRING huge losses to me financially, taking time off FROM WORK EVERYTIME to meet repairmen who have come out at least six times home. MY Telephone-CELLPHONES costs to hundreds of rands in calls now..
As loyal & happy customer for years, this is first time I sincerely request your kind assistance in this now very serious matter otherwise i have no choice to hand over legally and to the media FOR HELP as We have made many attempts But TV remains resolved therefor Kindly replace, exchange or refund as per consumer protection act
