Shocking lack of service and communication

It is with regret and utter frustration that I am forced to send this mail as I have always
enjoyed excellent service from Hirsch.

I purchased a Samsung dishwasher (amongst other many appliances from Hirsch) and
3 weeks ago (YES THREE WEEKS AGO) it starting giving problems and we discovered a
leak. We have extended warranty on it - purchased through Hirsch - and we have been
trying without success through thier service dept to get it repaired.
We have made several calls all with the promise by the person on the other end that
they will come back to us and send someone etc.
Every time we give out the same details and information and we are now so furious and
frustrated that I never actually want to buy anything from Hirsch again!!
The last time we spoke to a person in Hirsch they told us that someone will be coming
out to us on Friday and gave us a reference number - well no -one arrived and we
were clearly to yet again.
So sick of this - what do we have to do to get our dishwasher fixed??
