Its been over a month since I have placed an order with FNB (in partnership with Digital Planet) for a Smart Device. Despite requests for feedback I still have not received anything. I've been promised delivery, phone calls / emails and am still waiting. FNB should be made aware that Digital Planet doesn't seem to be able to deliver their promises.
Can we sort this out as soon as possible please?!
