I cannot believe that the email I sent to Hirschs to complain that I am not getting response after reporting my dryer faulty since December 21st 2012 would end up with Marget Hirsch. The emails between me and Business woman of the year Margret Hirsch2012 were appalling! If she treats a customer this way how does she treat staff?..
I havekept these emails between Margret Hirsch... I just cannot believe a person in the position she is in can treat a customer in the manner I was spoken to in the emails. I have always bought appliances at Hirschs over years and years and after this I will no longer purchase at any Hirsch store even if its for free.
