Dear Customer Services Manager - Hirsh
I am highly disappointed and irate with the quality of appliances sold as well at the poor service rendered by call out technicians at Hirsch Stores.
I had purchased a Samsung Nano Double Door Fridge/Freezer Combo at one of your branches.
This fridge seems to spend more time being on the fritz and under repair than being in my kitchen! It is disappointing to note that Samsung as a strong consumer brand should manufacture quality products for its market.
I have dealt with the Hirsh Service team yet there has been no real relief.
This is truly ridiculous that the fridge cannot be repaired just once that it may function properly. I have even taken out an extended warranty on the fridge just in case anything goes wrong with it.
I am highly angry and annoyed that no matter how many service technicians seem to come out, they cannot understand what the actual problem is. Instead, during this week, my fridge was collected by the service team and a courtesy fridge was given to me to use until it is repaired, for which I sincerely thank you. I am still waiting for the Service Manager to reply to my last email.
