I have a Samsung washer/dryer purchased in HIRSCH Centurion in 2009, with 5 years extended warranty. After 7 services in vain, my machine is still malfunctioning, with manufacturing defect that intermittently abruptly stops the middle of the spin program, thus damaging many vital parts of it.
HIRSCH'S repeated inability to even locate the cause of trouble caused 5 useless services in last 4 months and cost me 9 working days. They are applying delay-humiliation tactics, dragging me to the end of the warranty period.
No regard for Consumers Protection Act.
I even wrote an e-mail to Mr. Allan Hirsch, but no answer received.
