After being told that my bumper could be repaired, Smart Insurance told me I would have to replace it... why... because they don't pay out for replacement parts!! Shocking!! Car dealers just tend to slap these policies onto your car finance, they probably get commission for doing it. My bumper was beautifylly repaired - it looks like new, but Smart Insurance are still telling me my bumper could not be repaired!!
