I am still waiting for my refund from 11/01 as promised by acting store manager Fathima. The only call I am getting from the call center is whether the lounge set was returned. This was sent back on 06/01/14. Clearly there's no priority on the case. I am desperately awaiting my refund so I can buy my lounge set.
