I will never again or recommend that anyone else should buy furniture from VALUE LOUNGE in Springfield. I will also never buy another GOMMA GOMMA Furniture set!
We bought a Gomma Gomma lounge suite from Value Lounge a few months ago and it broke within 6months. We contacted Value Lounge and they came to fetch the 3 seater to have it repaired and replace the legs. When we got the 3 seater back - the material had been torn and the legs had not been replaced as promised. We were told someone would come back to do it and here we still waiting! AND to top it off - the 3 seater is broken AGAIN (not even a month after being "fixed"!!!
And now we are just getting the run around from Value Lounge and Gomma Gomma head office!
The quality of the GOMMA GOMMA furniture is SHOCKING to say the least! I am NOT impressed that we have wasted our money on a lounge suite that does not even last 6 months!!!
