I bought GHIYA Lounge Suites from Beares furnitures last year November. It started sinking after two weeks. I then reported it to the store. I spoke to the sales person i was then referred t the store manger. The store manager promised me that they will come collect the Lounge suite in January, because the suppliers where about to close for their christmas holidays.
In January i went back to the store to remind them, i was again promised they will sort this matter for me. I waited from December even now i am still waiting for them to come fetch my lounge suite for repair. Its now the third month waiting for the store to repair my lounge suite.
i think they are treating me like this because i bought the lounge suites cash, if it were to be credit they were going to give me a good service.
