Another week no lounge suit

Another week has pass and no lounge suit still waiting for the regent manager to call me.
I want a neww lounge suit not n recovered one I had bought a new one from bears and want a new 1 back its not my fault if the leather has cracked and when they collected the lounge suit from me the drivers had torn the leather further.
