Repeated bad service

A few months ago, my husband experienced on his account. Someone in Durban made purchases from his account without his knowledge. We live in Pretoria so I have no idea how something like this is even possible. Shortly after that issue was resolved, everything seemed to be back to normal until he went to pay his monthly instalment at Menlyn. The teller's computer went offline while processing the payment. On our side, the bank statement reflects that the payment went off. We then received notification to pay our account because it was "behind". Their head office told us to resolve the matter with the shop. We tried doing that but after not having any of our calls returned for over 2 weeks, I decided to lay a complaint with a supervisor at their head office - Kopano Thopola. Kopano promised to sort everything out but like his other colleagues we've dealt with, there hasn't been any feedback. We tried calling him today but we're told that he's on leave. He decided to go on leave & leave us hanging just like everyone else has done thus far. This leads me to believe that Edgars doesn't care about their customers.
