I bought a Lounge Suite from Furniture City in Woodmead worth - R17 000 at the end of last year which I paid in cash. When I purchased it and made delivery arrangements, And this was not met after me being back to the sort a few days later. The same Lounge suite went in for repairs and I was given a six week waiting period before I would receive my lounge suite. It has been 11 weeks now and I still not received my lounge suite. I have been calling the store asking on the progress for the past three weeks and I have been into the store twice and on both occasions I have been promised that my lounge suite is on it's way and is on the truck to my residence, but yet nothing has arrived. I've request I have my money back yet they are refusing and are insisting the it will be delivered. I need help to with this situation.
