Furniture city amanzimtoti disgraceful service

I purchased a lounge suite in December which was delivered to me damaged. Being it season time I was told the lounge suite will be replaced in January which I said was fine knowing how busy the stores and warehouses are over this time. In January I went to the store a number of times and many phone calls to the store but was getting no joy from them. The lounge suite was then discontinued an was told to pick another one but could not find which was in the budget of the one I purchased. I then told the sales lady joy and also fathima the assistant in store to please collect lounge suite and refund my money. Once again going back and forth to the store trying to sort this problem out. After a number of phone calls to the store and visits, leaving a number of messages to the people concerned but no response and not even calling me back, I decided to call there head office eventually my lounge suite was picked up last week. Remember these goods where delivered to me in December and it is now July. I now have the problem of chasing after my money. Once again calling the store with no phone calls being returned. This store has no respect at all for customer service. Disgraceful. Marx
