I sent this letter below on the 21 june 2013 at 15.22, i got no reply from the factory manager up till today.i am so unhappy with the lounge suit. I dnt want it anymore, want my money.

Kindly take note that I have purchased a lounge set on the on the 03.04.2011, and was totally disappointed with the poor quality of your goods, as well as your services. I have made numerous complaints to your store for the lounge set to be restored and to this date, nothing has been done.
An amount of R280.00 has been charged by your store for a call out fee, and the lounge set hasn't even been collected. I am highly unhappy with the service and goods and would like a refund back.
Please advise on the steps that should be taken to sort out this problem, or alternatively I am going to the Consumer Council to take this matter further.
