I bought 4 bottles of omo washing liquid and got 4 "vouchers" which i could exchange for movie tickets at ster kinekor. After sending sms with my details i got sms to say my details were received and i would be contacted. I received one call which was disconnected after 1 ring and no further response. I tried to call the "helpline" but nobody answers and i have spent more money on calls than the value of the tickets. Last week I eventually got through on another number and was then contacted by someone who "vaildated " my claim and was told my pin numbers would be sent to me via sms - nothing received yet. Is this a or is someone taking my vouchers for themselves. All calls are apparently recorded so why is someone phoning me back. I HAVE EFFECTIVELY SPENT THE VALUE OF THE 4 MOVIE TICKETS ON CALL COSTS ALONE AND AM STILL WITHOUT THESE TICKETS. WHAT A DISGUSTING WAY TO BOOST SALES
