Delivery of vouchers

I purchased six Nu Metro movie tickets from eBucks and never received the vouchers. When I called eBucks the call desk agent only gave me one voucher telephonically. She never advised me that there should be six. I am still waiting for the other vouchers. That being said I had to pay the other 5 movie tickets by cash.

I am disappointed with eBucks and advise anyone trying to purchase vouchers to think twice as eBucks failed to deliver on time. I fact I am still waiting for the vouchers. I have now send them an email that I do not want these vouchers and would like a refund.
