OMO Liquid Promotion - non delivery

I bought two bottles of OMO Liquid at the beginning of August and completed the "USSD Promotion" which is on the bottle to receive a "freebie", of which my choice was a movie ticket at Ster Kinekor. (I bought two bottles to obviously get two movie tickets). The call centre phoned me to confirm my prize and informed me that I would receive sms's with the voucher numbers for my movie tickets. I waited a bit more than a week for it and then called them again on the 21st of August to follow up and was told it's taking so long because they are waiting for Ster Kinekor to send the voucher numbers. This should've been done prior to running the promo by the way... The point is, today, more than a month later, I still have not received my movie voucher numbers.
I would like the matter to be resolved immediately as this is unacceptable customer service.
