I bought a blouse on sale - had 3 uses out of it. The first 2 each time it was washed, it unravelled a bit in the front. really liked it so as it was fixable, I kept it. On the 3rd wash, the whole sleeve parted company,
I went to Greenacres and all they could say was 'sorry'' sale item cant help. THey didnt even seem bothered that this product was obviously defective and one could see that this was very much below their standard.
I sent mail to the company, and got a response that they would get back to me. That was almost two weeks ago. Still no response!!! Extremely disappointed that they seem quite happy to have sold a customer shoddy workmanship.
