I prebooked a Tyler Perry's Temptation movie during the week last week to watch on Saturday 22nd. We get there and we are told that the systems were offline. The manager there could not assist and instead told us that if we want to watch the movie we need to buy the tickets again, after we have already paid for a set of tickets. What i find amazing is that a company as big as Ster-kinekor does not have contingency plans for people who have bought tickets online when their systems are offline. What I would like to know from the CEO of this company is, when they strategise on a yearly basis, what do they strategise on, SERIOUSLY! If possible i would like him/her to give me a call so i can ask him this question. Technology will always disappoint, and you dont have plan B incase it does, WOW! It is really upsetting to drive all the way for absolutely nothing and get told that if you dont want to buy another ticket, then go home. While i am at it, I would like to claim for my petrol as well. Someone must tell me how i get my money back and you need to train your managers well to be able handle situations like these.
