Ster Kinekor App and Software needs to be updated

I booked 5 tickets for the movie Turbo on Sun 08 Sep 2013 for the 14:30 show but instead I had to pay R862.50 for 15 tickets all on the same seats E1-E5. I also got an sms from Ster Kinekor to say that payment was made for 15 tickets at R862.50 with ref 11082744 and received confirmation from my bank, but when I went to redeem my tickets the ticket only showed 5 tickets at R315 with ticket ref 2428474. I went to the manager at River Square to explain my problem and she said that I need to return to them on Monday with that all said I explained to her that I am from Centurion and not the Vaal and she said that I can go to any SK and they can help me with my problem and my refund. So I went to Wonderpark Mall on the 9th day of Sep 2013 asked for the manager but apparently she was off or that was said to me and then was referred to a supervisor so then I explained my hole story to her and all she said was she can't help me because I bought the ticket in the Vaal and she can't pick up my ticket on the system and that I need to go back to the Vaal to get it fixed. This is the worst type of movie service that I ever got and I took the app for just that reason but still the same BS
