I spent R240 yesterday on 8 movie tickets for tonight (Tue). 6 of the 8 movie codes did not all arrive via sms. I escalated with several phone calls to call centre and have only had promises to sort this out. Time is ticking away and I am concerned that I may not be able to have my movie night after all :-( Cmon Sanlam Reality, is this the kind of service I have to accept? I just want to receive the tickets I paid for BEFORE the movie!!! I hope this ecalation via hellopeter will help resolve the matter.
