Disgusting service & attitude

Bought a pair of pants from Zara a couple of days back, when I got home I realized the belt had no buckle, went back today (9 Jan 2014) to get them to give me a buckle or a new belt. First off the cashier was extremely rude telling she could not leave her work station to give her colleague more detail of what I wanted. The manage who was also rude and arrogant then arrived and to my shock & horror told me I had bought a defected product and there was nothing he could do to help me when I questioned this he further suggested i should've noticed this defect when I tried the pants on. The other customers around me heard this and were only more than happy to voice their shock and horror at this - at this point The manager then offered a refund which was not the solution I was looking for. I am yet to have a pleasant shopping experience at Zara and I have been there more times than I can count. These ppl have no inclination of what customer service is - it is despicable
