I went in to the Sandton to swap a pair of shorts my daughter received for xmas. The label was on. I was told NO swops without a slip. I said it was a gift and I had no slip but surely she can see it is their stock, label is in tact, She did not care. I have phoned Zara today to speak to a manager, I informed them I can supply the bank statement showing them the date and time the shorts were purchased. Still not good enough. I was told I am more than welcome to report Zara to the consumer act. What is it about Zara that they think they are so special? I can see from all the previous complaints ZARA actually dont give a... They do not respond.
