We were in the queue of the baby section to pay and there was only one cashier working on Sunday the 4th of August. There was a queue of about 14 customers at the time and only one cashier which caused a major delay. The managress Suvana was called and she was not bothered, was very rude to us customers that requested she get an additional cashier, and then stood nearby with another employee laughing and chatting away- Not at all bothered that customers were upset. Surely the managress and other workers need to have the ability to run the cashier desk if there is such a delay. It took us an hour to pay for the goods. Will not go back to Zara in Johannesburg for anything again. I have received such amazing service from Zara in other countries, I'm not sure why South Africa has to be such an exception.
